Your life works.
So why doesn’t it feel quite right anymore?
Make sense of what is changing in midlife — and get clearer about what you want to carry forward into your next chapter.

Julia von Winterfeldt knows first-hand what it feels like when a life that works on the outside no longer feels right on the inside. For the past 10 years, she has guided women through exactly this moment. Not to reinvent themselves. To come back to who they are.

"You don’t need to have your next chapter figured out. But you can begin to understand where you are."
Discover why midlife can unsettle identity, ambition and direction — even when nothing is obviously wrong.
See the roles, expectations and patterns that have shaped your life so far — and which ones you may be ready to question.
Leave with a clearer sense of where you are, what matters now and the questions worth taking into your next chapter.
The Midlife Orientation isn’t about changing your life in four hours. It’s about seeing more clearly what is changing — and where you are within it.
You won’t spend even more time thinking about yourself. You’ll begin to notice what your mind alone can’t resolve.
Through reflection, dialogue and embodied practice, you’ll access a different kind of knowing.
You’ll discover that you’re not the only one standing at this point. Other women are asking the same questions. Not because they’re lost.
Not because something is wrong. Because they, too, are at a turning point.
You don’t need to quit your job, travel to the other side of the world or turn your life upside down. Your next chapter can begin right where you are.
And then, when things finally get quiet, you notice something...
A restlessness you can’t quite explain.
A tiredness that sleep doesn’t necessarily fix.
Or simply the feeling: I’m not sure this life still fits me in the way it used to.
From the outside, everything may look perfectly fine. Yet inside, different questions are beginning to surface:
A guided process to help you understand what is shifting — and find your bearings for what comes next.
Why can life suddenly feel different when, on paper, everything is fine? We’ll explore midlife as a transition — what happens when familiar sources of identity, success and direction begin to shift.
You’ll look at the roles, patterns and expectations that have brought you here. What still feels true? What has become tight? And what might you be ready to question?
You’ll explore where you are in this in-between — and why not knowing what comes next is part of transition, rather than evidence that something has gone wrong.
Instead of rushing towards answers, you’ll identify the questions worth listening to: What still belongs? What am I ready to leave behind? What matters to me now?
Not a five-year plan. Not a new identity. Not all the answers. A clearer understanding of where you are, what is changing — and what deserves your attention now.

"I know this territory."
Years ago, I found myself at a point where everything on the outside was working — yet something inside me had shifted. The question was no longer: What should I do next? It was: What is still true for me?
That question changed the direction of my life. And for more than 10 years, I’ve been accompanying people through transitions of their own.

These weren’t survey responses. They were messages women shared spontaneously at the end of our sessions.
“I'm surprised by how quickly we connected and how deep we went. We're not alone — we're deeply supported.”
“I feel more positive than I have in almost a year. This was exactly what I needed.”
“The embodied work was so helpful. It created a connection that thinking alone couldn’t give me.”
“I’m allowed to do anything and I don’t have to do anything — my head knows that, but now my whole body can feel it.”
“I don't know every step yet. But I know I don't want to keep going like this.”
“I’ve already gained so much clarity. 💛”
“My heart is touched. I was able to reconnect with something in myself that I had almost forgotten.”
“Thank you!! Such a refreshing and insightful day!”
“What moved me most was seeing that so many others are on a journey too.”
“Thank you for creating this opportunity to do this work and come together. You do this so beautifully!”
“I really enjoyed taking this time for myself.”
“I feel really good and joyful — and I’m reminded again how valuable connection is.”
“I read through my notes again last night — and I could feel that something was still unfolding in me.”
“I’m leaving with so much — and with a real sense of connection.”
